摘 要 在介绍智能家居技术和市场发展情况的基础上，探讨了物联网技术与智能家居的融合带来的物联网智能家居的系统架构与应用服务，同时对与物联网和智能家居相关的标准化情况进行了分析总结，并针对物联网智能家居技术与标准化的发展提出了相关建议。

Abstract: The paper firstly introduces current development status of smart home 
technology and market.Then a convergence of IoT and smart home is introduced. The 
system architecture and main application areas of IoT smart home are discussed. 
International and Chinese standardization status about IoT and smart home is shown 
and some suggestions about technical and standardization developments of IoT smart 
home are proposed at last.
