摘 要 进出口对比指数体系选取海关进出口贸易统计这一视角，以进出口产值、数量和价格数据为基础，用横向对比的方法设计指数作为科学分析新手段，建立了产业国际竞争力（绩效）实测评价标准。研究表明，进出口对比指数体系及其分析方法对于产业国际竞争力分析研究具有普遍适用性。

Abstract:The index system builds an industry international competitiveness(performance)
empirical evaluation criterion based on export/import value,quantity and price in Chinese
customs trade statistics and index design using horizontal contrast approach. The 
research shows that the analytical approach based on export to import Comparative 
index system has universal applicability for industry international competitiveness 
evaluation.
