摘要  通过对联想利泰（即联想软件）7年来过程改进历程的回顾，阐明了过程改进对于软件组织的重要意义和积极作用，并介绍了一些具体的过程改进实践要点和方法。

Abstract  Based on the brief story of software process improvement for 7 years in 
Litsoft, the author point out the value and active effect that process improvement can 
bring to a software organization. Some key practice and methods about process 
improvement are also introduced in this article.
