摘 要 根据国家标准、规范对实验室管理的要求，指出国家数字音视频及多媒体产品质量监督检验中心实验室标准化管理的重要性，结合实际工作经验阐述了检测实验室如何实现标准化管理，针对日常管理中遇到的问题，对实验室标准化管理提出相关建议。

Abstract: According to the laboratory managements requirements of The national 
standard , Point out the importance of standardized management in National Digital 
Video, Audio and Multimedia Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. 
Combined with the Practical work experience, presents how to realize standardized 
management in testing laboratory. Aiming at the problems in the daily management of 
the standardization management of laboratory, and put forward the related proposal.
