摘 要 研究利用V93000测试平台对FPGA芯片实现下载，该测试平台通过自身通道存储空间来存储测试向量，以Multi-Port方式进行下载。并以Xilinx的Virtex-II Pro 系列 XC2VP30 芯片进行了实例验证，实验表明此种方式在实际应用中解决了测试平台向量许可有限的弊端，也可用于其他FPGA芯片的测试、研究与验证。

Abstract: This study focused on the use of the V93000 test platform to download the 
FPGA chip, the use of the test platform Channel storage space to store the test vectors 
for download to a Multi-Port.Example the Xilinx Virtex-II Pro the series XC2VP30 chip 
validation experiments show that in this way in practical applications to solve the license
limited the drawbacks of the test platform vector can also be used for other testing, 
research and verification of the FPGA chip.
