摘 要 介绍了我国电子文件版式文档格式规范的内容和特点，通过与国际同类标准对比，分析了这四项标准性能和功能两个方面的异同点，可以看出基于XML语言的版式文档格式规范具有先进、实用 、开放、可控等特点，能够达到国际同类标准水平。

Abstract:This paper introduces the specification for electronic files storage and exchange
formats Fixed layout documents. With comparison it analyzes the difference between 
this format and other related international format standards. Based on XML, OFD is 
advanced, practical, open and controlled and close to other international standards.
