摘 要 介绍了“基于RFID的工业环境下跨行业供应链系统关键技术研究”的背景、意义、关键技术及应用成果,该项目实现了生产管理与供应链物流的有机衔接,建立了宝钢厚板厂到长兴岛船厂间跨行业的船板供应链系统,全程动态跟踪船板的物流过程。通过对供应链中钢板实物信息的自动、及时获取,实现对堆垛和配送过程的动态优化,达到缩短供货周期、减少库存、提高库位使用效率等目标,并取得明显的经济效益。

application of the results, the implementation of the project management of production
and supply chain logistics organic join, Baosteel Heavy Plate Mill of Changxing Island
shipyard built to cross the shipbuilding supply chain system,the whole dynamic tracking
ship logistics process.Through the supply chain plate physical information automatically
timely access to, realize the stacking and distribution process dynamic optimization,
shorten the delivery cycle, reduce inventory, improve storage efficiency targets, and
achieved significant economic benefits.
