摘 要 研究了云计算模式下服务水平协议的定义和范畴，分析梳理欧盟网络与信息安全局、云标准客户委员会、美国国家标准与技术研究院等标准化组织和协会已有的云服务水平协议标准化研究成果，并对云计算模式下的服务水平协议标准化的今后工作进行展望。
