摘 要 结合宁波市法人基础信息库Web界面填充应用等实践，分析了当前法人基础信息库建设的现状、原则与内容，归纳了法人基础信息库共享应用的方式，提出对于法人基础信息库标准研制工作的具体建议。

Abstract: This report introduces application of the juridical person information system in 
Ningbo city, analyzes the circumstance of the system,s principal, content and 
development, concludes the information sharing ways. According to such application, 
this article also submits some suggestion in standardization.
