摘 要 在数字档案馆建设过程中，如何保障数字档案信息安全成为档案界关心的问题之一。从影响数字档案馆信息安全的因素出发，探讨电子档案安全防护方法，并且提出基础设施、管理体制、网络安全、系统安全等数字档案馆安全保障建设措施。

Abstract: During the digital archives construction process, It has become the concern of 
archives that how to protect the digital archives information security. From the view of 
digital archives information security factors, it discussed the digital archives construction 
method, and put forward the digital archives safety construction measures, including 
infrastructure, management system, network security, and so on.
