摘 要 介绍了电子化学品领域技术和产品的分类，重点阐述SEMI、IEC/TC91、SAC/TC203、SAC/TC47四个标准化组织在电子化学品领域的标准化工作情况，并提出完善标准体系、搭建标准符合性检测平台、从源头控制有害化学物质等我国电子化学品领域标准化工作重点。

Abstract: This paper introduces the classification of the electronic chemicals, describes 
the work information of SEMI、IEC/TC91、SAC/TC203 and SAC/TC47 in the field of 
electronic chemicals, and puts forward the key points in the future work. including 
improving standardization system, building up testing platform, and hazardous chemical 
substance management.
