Abstract: What is the biggest security problem for various units today? The anser is to 
protect confidential data and sensitive information from malicious or accidental disclosure
Based on the Solution for Centralized Data Management &Control of NeoKylin Secure 
Cloud, and with the purpose of meeting clients' needs for data security, CS2C not only 
provides internal/external and full life cycle protection and control for data through 
systematic management and three-dimensional security protection, but also ensures 
data security and effectively solves the security problems of various of units from two 
points -- Centralized Data Management &Control and Non-Secret Terminal.
