摘 要 结合信息技术服务运行维护系列标准的设计思想，对国家标准GB/T 28827.2《信息技术服务 运行维护 第2部分：交付规范》中的交付管理、交付内容、交付方式和交付成果进行了解释说明，并提出了该标准的实施建议。

Abstract: Based on the design idea of the series standards of operations and 
maintenance service, this paper expounds the content of Information technology service 
— Operations and maintenance—Part2:Delivery specification,especially on the delivery
management, delivery contents, delivery method and delivery results. This paper also 
provides the implementation proposals of the standard.
