Abstract: This paper reviews the composing principles,the structure and main content of
“Technical specification for low power light-emitting diode chips”. It focuses on 
achievements of “Technical specification for low power light-emitting diode chips”. 
Moreover, additions and deletions of the specification content based on the derivative 
specification were also discussed.
