摘 要 通过对国内国际机构的云计算参考架构标准的分析与研究，选取美国国家标准与技术研究院的云计算参考架构作为适合大型央企云计算架构设计的基础模型。以中海油的云计算规划与架构设计为例，介绍了云计算参考架构在企业信息系统规划和架构设计中的应用。利用云计算参考架构建立了中海油云计算标准的基础、云计算范畴的沟通模型和通用语言。

Abstract: By analyzing and researching the Cloud Computing Reference Architectures 
from the organizations domestic and international,we choose NIST(National Institute of
Standards and Technology) CCRA as the basic model for the designing of large central 
enterprises’ cloud computing architecture.To extend and modify the selected standard
combined with CNOOC itself reality, establish the foundation of CNOOC cloud computing
standard and CNOOC internal communication model and the common language.
