摘 要 业务规则体现在金融机构所有的业务板块及每个业务操作环节。业务规则管理系统（BRMS）的引入可以使金融信息系统具备智能及部分决策的能力，帮助企业实现风险管控。着重介绍了宝信软件自主研发的基于Drools内核的业务规则管理系统（iPlatRules）的特点、可定制化的业务规则编辑、业务规则库管理等功能，以及在金融信息系统中的典型应用案例。

Abstract:Rules exist in every business unit and every link of business tasks of a financial
institution. The introduction of Business Rule Management System (BRMS) will help 
financial IT systems to be more flexible and more intelligent than ever before.iPlatRules,
a drools based BRMS released by Baosight Inc. is introduced in this paper, including its 
features,highly customizable rule editing and rule base management components,and a
typical application in financial IT system.
