摘 要 信息网络时代促使服务经济转向体验经济，IP网络的QoS越来越受到业界的关注。从研究IP网络QoS的评价方法出发，分别介绍了国际上主要标准组织ITU-T、ETSI、IETF、TMF在IP 网络QoS标准化方面的进展，并重点解析了QoS的概念、IP 网络QoS的分类和模型，阐明了IP 网络QoS评价方法的研究方向。

Abstract: With the advent of information network age, the economy model has been
changed from service economy to experience economy and the IP network QoS is getting
more and more attention. Based on the research of evaluation methods of IP network 
QoS, This article introduces the advancement of research on IP network QoS standards,
which is developed by major international standard organizations such as ITU-T, ETSI,
 IETF, TMF. In particular, we focus on analyzing the concept of IP network QoS, 
introducing the classification and the model of IP network QoS, and describing the 
research direction of evaluation methods of IP network QoS.
