摘 要 通过对欧盟RoHS 2.0(2011/65/EU指令)与原RoHS(2002/95/EC指令)进行对比，从管控产品范围、限制物质、CE标志等角度分析RoHS 2.0给企业带来的新要求，并进一步结合RoHS 2.0新要求分析企业在原材料、过程管理、成品验证、技术文档等环节可采取的应对措施。

Abstract: This paper compares the differences between EU RoHS 2.0 (Directive 2011/65
/EU) and old RoHS (Directive 2002/95/EC), introduces the new requirements of RoHS 2.0
on enterprises about product categories, restricted substances,CE mark,etc.Moreover
some counter measures are also proposed for enterprises such as raw materials 
management, process management, finished product verification, technical 
documentation.
