摘 要 重点讨论了国际主要地面数字电视传输系统的标准工作动态和标准体系架构，介绍了我国地面数字电视接收终端IEC国际标准提案的工作过程和进展，以及标准主要内容，同时对未来在国际标准方面的下一步工作提出建议。

Abstract: This article first focuses on major international terrestrial DTV transmission 
system standard working status and architecture, introduces the process and progress 
of China's terrestrial DTV receiver terminal IEC international standard, as well as the 
main content of the standard. Then this article gives recommendations for the future 
work on international standard at the same time.
