摘 要 通过介绍一款专用电路的成功研制与应用过程，论述了电子元器件应用集中管理、统筹策划、强化过程控制的重要性，总结了元器件应用管理规范化、科学化的措施。

Abstract: This paper expounds the importance of concentration administration, overall 
planning as well as forceful process control electronic device application, by means of 
introducing the process of perfect development and application of a ASIC, and sums up 
the administration measure within the electronic device application attaining 
standardized and scientific quality manage level.
