Abstract: This article describes the background and concepts of data center, expounds 
major components of cloud computing data center reference architecture. Finally, it 
elaborates the China Electronics Standardization Institute’s work in studying of basic 
standards, intrastructure standards, source standards relating to cloud computing data 
center.
