摘 要 欧美有关环保要求的立法已较为全面，但对产品背后的人道关怀，却缺少必要的立法支持。介绍了冲突矿物的概念及其管控要求，分析了企业的影响,并就企业如何应对管控提供了一些参考建议。

Abstract: The environmental protection legislation of Europe and America has been 
developed completely, but lack essential legislative support for the humanitarian behind 
the products. This paper introduces the concept and control requirements of conflict 
minerals, analyzed the impact on the ernterprises,and provides some suggestions to 
enterprise on how to deal with the requirements.
