摘 要 介绍国内外主要的汽车照明认证制度——欧盟的E-Mark和e-Mark、美国的DOT、我国的CCC认证，及其在规范市场行为、保障人身和车辆安全中起到的作用，提出了加强LED车灯产品认证关键技术研究、强制性和自愿性认证结合、以及加大财税政策采信认证结果等工作建议。

Abstract: This paper introduces automobile illumination certification systems of major 
countries,including E-Mark and e-Mark of European Union,DOT of the United States and 
China Compulsory Certification, and their role in normalizing market behavior and 
ensuring personal and vehicle security. Lastly suggestions of combining compulsory and 
volunteer certification, and accepting certification results in finance and tax policies are 
stated.
