摘 要 2013年4月，欧委会发布了“建立统一的绿色产品市场”的环保政策，并确定产品环境足迹（PEF）作为绿色产品的评价方法。介绍了欧盟PEF的主要内容，分析PEF与欧盟现行环保政策的关系以及下一步的行动计划，并提供应对策略供企业参考。

Abstract: A new environmental policy" communication on building the single market for 
green products " was issued by the European Commission in April, 2013. Product 
environmental footprint (PEF) was determined as the evaluation method for green 
product. The main contents of the PEF and relation between the PEF and EU 
environmental policy are introduced in this paper, as well as the next action plan of PEF. 
Coping strategies are also provided for enterprises' reference.
