摘 要 探讨钢铁企业的计划所面临的问题，对整体钢铁计划问题进行了分层，给出了分层后的解决方案。最后介绍了宝信软件在这种分层体系下的SCM、APS等套装软件的整体解决方案。展示了国内钢铁行业在SCM和APS领域的最新成果。

Abstract: Discussed the problems steel enterprises faced and stratified the steel 
enterprises plan,and then gives a solution after stratification.Finally introduced the 
overall solution of SCM, APS and other software packages of baosight under this 
hierarchical system. Shows the domestic steel industry latest achievements in the field
of APS and SCM.
