摘 要 在论述数据库系统性能优化的基础上，以中国石油油气水井生产数据管理系统为例，从自顶向下、自底向上、表分区技术、索引技术等多个方面论述了对该系统数据库所采取的一些性能优化方法，以促进Oracle数据库的性能提升。

Abstract: On the basis of discussing the database performance optimization, taking The 
Petrochina management system of oil and gas wells’ production data as example , this 
article discusses the database of the management system performance optimization 
methods by "From the top to lower part ", "From the bottom to higher part" , table 
partition technology , index technology, to promote Oracle database performance.
