摘 要 首先分析IT治理的定义及我国IT治理的现状，以企业的需求为切入点，详细地分析了IT治理的重要性、IT失败的原因、企业IT需求的具体内容及IT治理的效益，提出了IT治理的目标，并且总结了IT治理的需求。

Abstract: Beginning with the definition of IT governance, this paper analyzes the current
situation of IT governance and the requirement of enterprises. It analyzes in detail the 
importance of IT governance, the reason of IT failure, the contents of enterprises' IT
governance and ITgovernance benefits, proposes the goal of IT governance, and 
summarizes the requirements of IT governance.
