摘 要 通过研究服务器功耗的评价尺度，确定采用性能功耗比指标衡量服务器的功耗特性，并提出一种基于TPC-C的服务器功耗测试方法，对服务器功耗进行了相关测量试验，验证了基于TPC-C的服务器功耗测试方法的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract: This paper studies the evaluation scale of server power consumption. It 
measures the characteristics of server power consumption using indicators of 
performance per watt. It proposes a type of server power consumption test method 
based on TPC-C and carries out relevant tests.The results prove that this server power 
consumption test method based on TPC-C is accurate and reliable.
