摘 要 介绍了西气东输管道可视化信息管理系统的建设情况。以ArcGIS地理信息系统开发平台为基础，主要从系统结构、功能框架以及数据库开发等方面提出了系统要实现的功能。通过开发西气东输管道可视化信息管理系统，构建了西气东输管道基础地理信息平台，实现了管道地理信息数据的查询和分析。

Abstract:This article introduces the establishment of the visual information management
system applied by West-East gas pipeline. Based on the ArcGIS platform,it sets out the
functions that the system is to achieve in the key areas of system structure, function 
framework and database development. Based on development of the visual information 
management system in West-East gas pipeline, a basic geographic information platform
for West-East gas pipeline is established which realizes search and analysis of pipeline
geographic information.
