摘 要 通过步进应力试验确定试验的加速应力温度，再对LED 模块进行温度恒定应力加速寿命试验，获得高温度应力下的光通维持寿命值，并推导出其工作结温为80℃时的光通维持寿命，为LED 长期使用的可靠性提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:The stress temperature of the test was determined by the acceleration of step
stress test,then use the constant stress accelerated life test to obtain the LED module's
lumen maintenance life in the high temperature , and deduced its lumen maintenance
life in 80℃ junction temperature,it provides a certain reference for LED's reliability in long
-term use.
