摘 要 介绍了LED 照明产品的光衰特性，分析了LED 照明产品的光衰随温度变化的特性关系曲线，研究了温度加速应力对光衰的影响关系。在此基础上，重点给出了以光电参数自动采集、监控测试系统为载体的一种半导体照明产品（以下简称SSL 产品）加速寿命监控测试系统的设计及实现。

Abstract: Introduces the lumen depreciation characteristics of LED lighting products, 
analyzes characteristics curve of LED lighting product's lumen depreciation in relation to 
temperature change,and studies the influence of temperature accelerated stress on 
lumen depreciation. On this basis, puts forward design and implementation of a LED 
product's (hereinafter referred to as the SSL product) temperature accelerated stress life
-monitoring test system,which takes photoelectric parameter automatic collection system
and monitoring test system as the carrier.
