摘 要 介绍了卡扣锁紧30A 矩形电源连接器国际标准提案推进过程，提案目前属于IEC 61076-3 矩形连接器产品规范中新增的电源类详细规范，主要规定了通讯电气设备用卡扣锁紧30 A 电源连接器的产品分类与命名、技术特性、试验方法等详细要求。该标准对通讯直流配电设备、室外模块输入、插框电源输入等接口进行标准化统一，在国际层面填补了该领域标准的空白。

Abstract:The developing process of international standards proposal for 30 A Rectangular
Power Connector with Snap Locking is introduced. This proposal is a new developed 
power connector detail specification in IEC 61076-3, which describes the detail 
requirements about classification and naming, technical characteristics, test methods etc 
for telecommunication equipments used power connector. This international standard 
proposal standardized the interface of power connector used in telecommunication 
equipments. It’s a breakthrough for China in the field of international standards.
