摘 要 主要介绍了《云计算服务安全指南》和《云计算服务安全能力要求》的标准制定背景、编制原则、编制过程以及标准内容。《云计算服务安全指南》提出了政府部门云计算服务生命周期的全生命周期管理，《云计算服务安全能力要求》对政府部门使用的云计算服务提出了十类基本的安全能力要求。

Abstract: The paper introduces the background, the principles, the progress and the 
content of the “the security guide of cloud computing services” and “the security 
capability requirements of cloud computing services”. The former proposed the lifecycle 
management of government cloud computing services. The latter proposed ten 
categories of basic security capability requirements for cloud computing services used in 
government departments.
