摘 要 阐述了通用评估准则(CC) 的起源、立意和发展过程，以及在CC 框架下实现互认的途径。并在介绍CC的评估模型后，描述了该标准在应用方面存在的问题。最后对CC 在国内外的应用现状进行了分析，并根据近年来CC 大会的情况描述了该标准的近期发展趋势。

Abstract: The development and application status of the standard of Common Criteria 
(CC) is reviewed. For that,the detailed evolution history of CC standard and its purpose
of origination, and the measures adopted by CC framework for achieving the goal of 
mutual recognition are surveyed firstly. Then, the general model of CC evaluation is 
briefly introduced to derive the well-known problems related to the standard itself and 
its applications. Finally, the state-of-the-art of CC applications, as well as its near future 
direction indicated by the recent years’ CC annual conferences are analyzed.
