摘 要 介绍了“智慧环保”的由来及国内外智慧环保的建设情况，基于浙江省环保信息化的现状，提出了基于大数据和云计算的智慧环保解决方案，并重点阐述了智慧环保的技术架构，以及智慧环保解决方案在衢州的具体实施情况。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the origin of "smart environmental protection" as
well as the construction in this field both in China and abroad. Based on this situation of
environmental information in Zhejiang province, we proposed smart environmental 
protection solution which based on big data and cloud computing,and mainly elaborates
technology architecture of this solution. Finally, this paper describes the implementation 
of this smart environmental protection solution in Quzhou.
