摘 要 介绍了国际上信息技术服务质量相关的标准和我国的研究情况，以及基于我国自主研制的《信息技术服务 质量评价指标体系》提出的ISO/IEC 25011《信息技术服务质量模型》国际标准提案的工作进展。具体论述了ISO/IEC 25011 定义的信息技术服务的使用质量模型和产品质量模型，以及两个模型的目标和使用。

Abstract:This paper introduced the domestic standards related to information technology
service quality and their research situation in China,as well as working progress of the
international standard proposal on IT Service Quality Model, which is based on the
domestic draft standard Information Technology Service–Evaluation Indicator System for
Service Quality.This paper also described in detail use quality model and products quality
model defined by ISO/IEC 25011, as well as their objectives and uses.
