摘要  阐述在ISO 9001：2000标准实施中，如何以“过程”为基础，采用“过程方法”来实施和保持质量管理体系，切实把过程方法的理念贯彻到体系中去，使质量管理体系得到发展和深化。

Abstract  The paper illustrates the issue how to adopt the process approach to 
implement、maintenance the quality management system basing on the process in the 
implementation of ISO9001:2000standard,and then apply the notion of the
