摘 要 大数据应用的发展使信息系统及其应用所涉及的数据规模越来越大，对数据安全性的要求越来越高，这需要我们应比以往任何时候都更重视数据和信息安全。中标麒麟安全云操作系统借助在安全操作系统领域的研发经验，满足用户对本质安全的需求，并在自主可控的基础上打造信息安全体系，保障基础计算环境的安全可靠，逐步实现信息系统的国产化。

Abstract: The development of big data makes the data scale of information system grow 
faster.The demand of data security is highly increasing. It’s more important than ever for 
information security. It requires that we should pay more attention on data and 
information security. The NeoKylin secure cloud operating system is able to meet the 
users' demand on the intrinsic security, and construct secure system on the basis of 
authentically controllable strategy, ensure the fundamental computing environment, so 
as to promote the process of information system localization.
