摘 要 云计算与移动计算的普及使得软件应用形态发生了根本变化，从产业应用的视角出发，阐述对新时代下数据管理的认识，分析不同形态数据的相应特性，依据不同的应用场景探讨架构层面的解决方案，对大数据的未来发展进行展望指出仍需要解决的问题。

Abstract: The form of software applications has been changed largely with the wide 
adoption of cloud-computing and mobile computing. In this paper, the understanding of 
data management in the new era from the perspective of industries is introduced,and 
suggests that some data policies and architecture decisions should be considered based
on the different characteristics and specific scenario. In the end, the challenges and 
concerns are also discussed.
