摘 要 版式电子文件的生命周期始于电子文件管理系统, 在选定了存储格式标准之后，通过版式格式转换服务器对业务系统和管理系统中的原生数据进行数据转换服务。版式文件的生成功能和阅读功能是电子文件管理系统中用于交换和存储数据的核心关键技术，具体包括版式文件生成模块、版式文件阅读模块、版式文件软件开发工具包、版式文件验证模块等。

Abstract: The life cycle of fixed-layout begins with electronic records management system
after selecting the storage format standard,the data conversion services for primary data
coming from business system and management system will be done with fixed-layout
format conversion server. Creating and reading functions are the core of the key 
technologies used to exchange and storage data in electronic records management 
system, including fixed-layout document creating module, fixed-layout document reading 
module, fixed-layout document software development kit, fixed-layout document 
verification module, etc.
