摘 要 设计和分析了面向服务业的质量管理信息系统,该系统采取模块化集成的开发方式,使用者可以方便地添加所需功能模块, 同时拓展接口可以方便地加入各种数据分析工具进行分析,使得决策和改进具备更加科学可靠的依据。结果表明,质量管理信息系统符合ISO 9001 标准的要求, 能满足相关行业开展质量管理工作信息化的需求, 在相关行业中易推广。

Abstract: This paper designed and analyzed the service-oriented quality management
information system. The modular integrated development approach is adopted. The
required function module can be easily added and extended interfaces can make it easy
to add a variety of data analysis tools for analyzing, which make decision making and
improvement more scientific and reliable.The results show that the QMIS can accord with
the requirement of ISO 9001 standards and meet the requirements of related industries
to carry out quality management information. It’s easy to promote in the related
industry.
