Abstract:This paper introduced the background information of development,principles of
preparation, process of development, main content and practical significance of national
standard "Mobile Payment Based on Radio Frequency". It also focused on description and
analysis of key technology in the standards, including the description, interface, security
management, mobile payment card equipment test methods, and so on.
