摘 要 介绍了国际电工委员会光辐射安全和激光设备技术委员会(IEC/TC76)2013 年度会议情况，以及光辐射安全领域国际标准最新进展和技术动态。特别介绍了在2013 年3 月国际激光安全会议(ILSC) 上，全球激光防护专家建议将激光安全等级由4 类加至5 类的最新信息。这些国际标准化未来发展动向是我国开展该领域国际标准研究的重要内容。

Abstract: Introduced the International Electrotechnical Commission optical radiation 
safety and laser equipment Technical Committee (IEC/TC76) 2013 annual meeting, and 
the international standards for optical radiation safety and technical progress in the field
of the latest developments. Specially presented that at the March 2013 International 
Laser Safety Conference (ILSC), the global laser protection experts recommended the 
laser safety categories should be added to 5 from the present 4.The future development
trend of international standardization is an important aspect of international standards
carry out research in the field.
