摘 要 对基于XML 的ISO 20022 金融通用报文的标准特性进行了介绍，并在银行卡支付差错处理业务领域借鉴ISO 20022 的思想设计了基于XML 的报文接口，对ISO 20022 在我国银行卡支付行业中的应用前景进行了分析，从而为银行卡支付行业标准体系XML 化发展提供了有益探索。

Abstract: This Paper presents ISO 20022’Financial services Universal financial industry
message schema’, designs the message interface based on XML in bank card error 
handling, and analyzes its application prospect in bank card payment industry through 
developing XML message of bankcard payment dispute resolution.
