摘 要 IEC 标准《智能电视集成服务框架》借鉴工业界“集成服务”理念，定义了智能电视新媒体应用模型的形式化方法，提出了智能电视新媒体应用的各类产业模型、应用场景、技术架构、终端接口、媒体格式及相关测试方法。2013 年9 月，该提案获得IEC/TC100 2013 年全会批准立项，提案的起草和颁布将为国际智能电视产业的各类机构提供权威技术指导。

Abstract:Drawing lessons from the notion of"Integrated Service"populated in industrial
region, the IEC standard of "Integrated Service Framework for Smart TV" proposed 
conceptions and theories for new media application's industrial model, user scenario, 
technological structure,terminal interface,media format and testing methods of Smart TV
This standard has been proved by AGM of IEC/TC100 in Sep, 2013. The drafting and 
issuing of this standard will offer authoritative guidance for different organizations within 
Smart TV industrial region around the world.
