摘 要 基于在统计报送、分析等领域的多个项目的实践工作经验，结合国外统计界广泛采用的开源统计工具，设计了一套具有良好适应性与扩展性的统计建模方法，即“四维数据存储结构”与“外置式统计工具包”，并在项目中得到了验证。

Abstract:Based on the best practice of multiple projects in the area of statistic reporting
analysis and etc,this paper developed an adaptive and extensible data modeling method
for statistics i.e. "four-dimensional data storage structure" and "external statistics 
package"by using widely accepted open source tools around the world.This method has 
been validated in real world projects.
