摘 要 介绍了信息系统设计前期的需求分析方法及其在不同需求背景下系统设计开发的方法，通过对宝钢集团公司第三方物流平台系统管理实践中存在的系统运行效率低下和可用性差问题和新需求的分析，提出了详细的解决方案。该方案应用效果较好，为该系统将来的拓展和再度开发提供了条件和保证。

Abstract: This article describes the method of requirements analysis in the early phrase 
of information system’s design and its different development approaches according to 
varieties of business backgrounds. Through analyzing the lower system operating 
efficiency and availability problem and new requirements in Baosteel Group
Corporation’s Third Party Logistics’ System management practices, a series of details 
solutions have been proposed and achieves satisfied results, which generate conditions 
and guarantee the system redevelopment and extension.
