摘 要 介绍了国际上数据中心能效评估指标的最新研究成果，重点分析了八个业界比较公认和具有一定影响力的评价指标，以及指标的定义和评估方法，包括: 能源利用率、制冷负载因子、供电负载因子、碳排放利用率、水资源利用率、再生能源利用效率、数据中心能源生产力、企业平均数据中心效率, 最后讨论了后续工作。

Abstract:This paper introduced the newest study result on Data Center energy efficiency
evaluation, put emphasis on the eight key KPIs that commonly agrees in Data Center 
industry, such as PUE/CLF, PLF, WUE, ERE, etc. Especially the definition and compute 
equation, and at last gave the future prospects in this field.
