摘 要 分析信息技术服务管理工具的国内外研究情况,明确服务管理技术要求的标准编制原则和编制思路,确定服务管理总体框架,提出监控管理、过程管理、决策支撑中的技术要求标准内容以及支撑工具的应用分析,并对标准的未来实施应用进行了展望。

Abstract: Through analyzing the researching status at home and abroad of IT Service
Management tools, this paper has defined the principles and preparation ideas of the
standard, to determine the overall service management framework proposed monitoring
management, process management, decision support and the analysis of tools. This
paper also prospects future applications of this standard.
