摘 要 介绍了专利电子申请受理审查质量检验现状，提出将国标GB/T 2828.1 应用于专利电子申请受理审查质量抽样检验的概念和思路，并阐述了该检验方案的应用案例, 旨在提供更科学合理的检验方法，切实降低检验费用，为提高专利电子申请受理审查质量水平提供参考。

Abstract:This paper described the current status of patent electronic application receives
and examines quality control. In order to provide a more scientific and reasonable testing
method , it proposed ideas about national standard GB / T 2828.1 applied in quality 
sampling .By calculation,this method can effectively reduce testing costs,and can provide 
reference for improving the quality of patent electronic application receives and examines
level.
